We believe that how you look is becoming just as important as what you do. Your business, craft, or idea is legitimate — but today, your brand must also look the part.
Since 2015, many businesses and brands have put SKLTN CRW in charge of different aspects of their content and visuals.

At a young age Neal shot his first films on the Fisher-Price PXL 2000 he had received as a Christmas gift from his family. Somehow he had realized that Hershey’s chocolate syrup could be perceived as blood in the black and white medium, hence his first film fell into the thriller genre. Later Neal would experiment with and pull off more sophisticated in camera special effects in his music videos with the same camera. As a young adult, Neal became a still photographer, which eventually came back full circle as he applied his stills experience to motion pictures.
Neal believes in light, shadow, and above all good stories and creative approaches. He also thinks it is ok to write in third person from time to time. He is a proud father, loving husband, caring dog owner, variable surfer, music and ocean lover, and affable friend.

How do I get started on a project?
To get a project started, visit this page and fill out the form that best represents the work you'd like done. We begin all projects with an intro call to get acquainted, followed by a brief discovery phase where we hone in on the final project scope and critical project objectives.
From there, we create an official proposal that will include scopes, budgets, and timelines for you to review and approve. Finally, once all that is figured out and you’re ready to start, we get to work!
How much will my project cost?
Most of our project costs fall within the $4,000 and $30,000 range. We try not to take on any projects below $1,500. While we try to serve a wide range of clients with different budgets, over the years, we've discovered that this minimum figure allows us to provide clients with our highest standard of work, attention, focus, and most importantly, results.
That being said, we do offer clients a wide range of flexible billing options, including hourly rates, fixed project fees, payment plans, and monthly retainer options for all of our services.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work primarily with small to medium business owners, select large corporations, and funded startups in the creative, healthcare, food & beverage, SaaS, and nonprofit sectors.
We like to collaborate closely with our clients. We usually see the best results when working directly with business owners and marketing directors.
Our best fit is with businesses that are launching, growing fast, and need a team of creatives that can be their "one-stop-shop" for multiple services under the creative umbrella.
Our case studies for Del Monte Design, Future Limited, Inc., and Emotional Systems are great examples of the support, services, and results we can offer to our clients.
What do you need to get me a project cost estimate?
Our approach to projects is very human-based rather than quick and transactional. This includes our introduction and on-boarding processes, where we talk through all the details needed to create an accurate project cost estimate. We’re a firm believer that you ultimately get what you pay for and our hope is that our clients are able to distinguish the difference between working with SKLTN CRW versus hiring freelancers on a platform like Fiverr.
Who will I work with during the project?
We have a small team, which allows us to focus and hone in on each client we work with. A high majority of our projects include these key roles:
Project Manager(s)
Dedicated Designer(s)
Dedicated Developer (if applicable)
Dedicated videographer/photographer (if applicable)
